Milan Malpensa Prime airport is located at Terminal 1 of the main airport of Milan Malpensa (MXP), but its entrance is slightly different from that of commercial flights. It is easily accessible by car, transfer or train. In the latter case, you will be inside the commercial airport, and you must follow the signs on foot to reach the Milano Malpensa Prime terminal.
