If you purchased the membership by mistake, you can request a refund within 14 days of the subscription, by sending an explicit cancellation notice via email to info@flylux.io. If you exercise your right of withdrawal within this period, you will be reimbursed the fee paid using the same payment method used for the purchase. However, please note that if you used the booking services before the end of 14 days, the right of withdrawal will no longer apply
The invitation code allows you to get a discount that, until 31/12, translates into free access to the membership. Enter it during registration to immediately take advantage of this benefit and access our flight booking and viewing services at no cost.
With the membership, you have full and unrestricted access for an entire year to our services, including viewing itineraries and the ability to book seats on flights. With the free trial, however, access is only available until 31/12. At the end of the free trial, you will be required to pay the membership fee, which will still guarantee you a full year of access to the services.
The FlyLux membership is a sort of annual subscription fee for the service, which allows you to access advanced features of the platform. With the subscription, you have the opportunity to view all the proposed itineraries and to book seats on available flights, without the time restrictions of the free trial, which is valid only until 31/12.
